My name is Zane Hochstetler; I am an Information Technology student as well as a freelance digital trades contractor. From a young age and even now, I have been fascinated with every class of digital device out there, from classic game consoles to the most advanced developments in modern computing. Overall, my career has been an investment to the world of technology. I am committed to leveraging this passion of the digital world to solve real-world challenges that require just a bit of computer magic.

I am currently earning my Associate of Applied Business with a Major of Information Technology. Currently I am working towards graduating early, and once I do, I will be prioritizing a feasible career path that allows me to gain immediate industry experience, as I believe the best teacher is experience itself. My professional path will be focused on the following:

Immediate Goals:

• Secure a foundational role as an IT Technician or Custom Computer Shop Employee.

• Expand my hands-on hardware expertise and refine my customer service skills.

• Continue growing my independent business as a Web Designer/Digital Contractor.

Long-Term:

• Ultimately, utilize my acquired technical skills and capital to commercially deploy my first independent video game.

• Establish and lead my own game studio.

My ambitions are high, and the stakes are considerable, but I pride myself on integrity and grit. With continued dedication and preparation, I am confident I will achieve these goals.
